Thick cut, our Côte de Boeuf (also known as a bone-in ribeye) are popular for their marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture. French trimmed, bone-in to enhance the flavour. The Côte de Boeuf is very easy to prepare and cook. It works just as well on a griddle pan as it does on your BBQ grill too.
