Similar to the Porterhouse but with a slightly smaller piece of Fillet attached as they are cut closer to the front of the short loin section. Simply cook to your liking over a hot grill or pan. No need to season before, just sprinkle some sea salt over it while it rests. A perfect Father’s Day gift.
